Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes. Parking is available directly outside our venue at NO CHARGE.

Q: Do you serve food/drinks?

A: We have a full bar available to our patrons. We do not serve food -­ however we are lucky to be in close proximity to a multitude of outstanding restaurants.

A: You can purchase tickets in 2 ways:

Q: Are there any age requirements? How old do I have to be?

A: In most cases we are an all ages venue. Occasionally we will have a show that is 18 or 21+, usually a comedy show and it will be CLEARLY noted on the artist section and at ticket purchase.

Q: What is the seating at The RCMH?

A: Most shows are General Admission, which means there is no assigned seating of any kind. It is done strictly on a first come first serve basis. Depending upon the show, the room can be set up in 2 ways: theatre style seating, with chairs set up in rows from the front to the back of the room;; or a combination of theatre and cabaret style seating, with small tables seating 2-­4 in addition to the theatre seats. High top seating is available around the perimeter and is also on a first come first serve basis. Standing room is available along the back and both sides of the room. Reserved Seating guarantees seating in the 1st seven rows or at front high top tables around the perimeter and is available for select shows and will be clearly noted on the artist page and at ticket purchase.

Q: What is your photo policy?

A: You are allowed to bring in cameras, however the artist has the ultimate say in the approval of photos at their show. Most artists have no problem with iPhone or small digital camera shots -­ however no professional grade photographers are allowed to film without approval.

Q: Do you accommodate wheelchairs?

A: Yes! Please let us know in advance if possible so we can assure your comfort,

Q: What time do doors open? Will I know if there’s an opening act?

A: Doors open one hour prior to show time. If there is an opening act, we will do our best to inform you.
